Returns

Purchasing landscape fabrics and other products we sell online is a great option due to convenience, speed, and price.  We offer a reliable, hassle-free experience for getting supplies to your job site, store, or warehouse.  We're confident that you'll love our products like the many that have purchased before you.  Below is our return policy which we've created to continue to enable us to offer our low prices and exceptional service. 

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of product.
  • Returns must include a valid RMA #.  Contact us to obtain an RMA #.
  • Customer is responsible for
    • the cost of outbound freight to you
    • the cost of return freight to us
    • a 10% restocking fee.
  • Refund will be issued within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of returned merchandise.
  • Please note that we do not offer free shipping.  The cost of shipping to you is broken out on our product page and included in the product pricing in checkout.  Refunds provided on returned items will not include the shipping fee for the outbound shipping to you.  
  • Please keep in mind that the cost of return freight can be very high for larger bulk orders due to the size and weight of the item.  
  • Products must be returned to us in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging unopened.
  • Special orders such as custom sewn items cannot be returned.
  • Refusing or not accepting delivery once your order shipped will result in the above noted charges that may exceed the original purchase price. By purchasing product you agree to pay all incurred costs imposed by the trucking company for rerouting your freight. 

Order Cancellations

  • We often process, stage, and ship items quickly so to ensure minimal impact, you can cancel your order within 6 hours following the placement of the order.
  • GroundFabrics.com is not responsible for late cancellation notices and the customer will be liable for product costs and shipping fees.
  • If the order has already shipped, customer is responsible for
    • the initial freight cost to you
    • the cost of return freight us
    • a 10% restocking fee.
  • To cancel an order please notify us via our contact form within the 6 hour period following the placement of your order. 
  • Cancellations will incur a 3.5% processing fee for all charges already processed.
