How to order from Groundfabrics:

1.  Decide which product meets your requirements.

    (If your unsure please contact us for advice).

2.  Inform us of the area to cover or most suitable roll size.

3.  Advise delivery point for materials and invoice address.

4.  E-mail or contact us with the above information.

5.  Ensure the Pro-forma invoice meets your project needs.

6.  Decide which payment method (credit card or cheque) suits you best.

7.  Delivery is made and receipted VAT invoice follows.

We will forward our quotation for the supply and delivery of materials based on the

information given. (If necessary, samples are available upon request).

Should you wish to proceed, please e-mail or phone with your order, clearly stating your

invoice and delivery address. We will then forward a Pro-Forma Invoice. Upon receipt of

payment (cheques should be made payable to Groundfabrics), we will arrange for delivery

of goods and once funds have cleared materials are forwarded by return with receipted

VAT invoice.

Please allow 2-3 days for delivery as standard. We do in most cases offer a next day service.

We also accept credit/debit card payments via PayPal for secure on-line payment; this

service is subject to a charge of 2.5% against the value of the order. You may also be required

to open an account or be an existing account holder to make your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, a request for payment is issued via PayPal direct to your e-mail

address. Simply follow the on-line instructions and make your payment - PayPal never shares

your financial information with its sellers.

PayPal notify both parties once payment is received and your goods are despatched as per your

order. A receipted VAT invoice is raised and forwarded in the post for your records.
